Links, PINs and devices

Child access uses an activation link and PIN. Parents can change the PIN, end sessions and revoke device access in the child’s access settings. Do not publish the link or PIN in public chats. End the parent session before a child signs in on a shared device.

Learning progress within the family

Profiles, assessment attempts and family data are not public pages. Server checks take the user and family into account before granting access. Learn2Loot’s public information pages do not contain children’s personal results.

Data and parental consent

Creating a child profile requires parental consent to data processing. The profile includes information used for learning and access, such as a display name, age, grade and language. Read the privacy policies for details of how data is used before starting.

Privacy questions

Use the contact form for data enquiries or to report a problem. Do not include a PIN, password or complete activation link. Tell the team which part of the service needs attention.
